SHIPPING & REFUNDS
SHIPPING POLICY
All Shipping to UK destinations (excluding Northern Ireland) is free. We aim to send your items on our free next day delivery service if ordered before 12pm that day, however due to circumstances beyond our control items may be delayed. We can offer shipping outside of the UK but you will need to contact us prior to ordering so we can work out the shipping cost. We also have to adhere to the laws of countries not allowing certain ingredients being imported.

PLEASE NOTE: All items including alcohol must be purchased by and signed for by a person over the age of 18. It is illegal to sell to anyone under 18 years of age. The buyer must take responsibility to adhere to this law.
REFUND POLICY
If the item(s) arrives to you in an unsatisfactory condition, is damaged we will replace the item(s) or offer a full refund once the items have been returned. If any food items have been fully consumed we can not issue a refund.
